Robert Franklin, Esq is on the Board of Directors and ''Feature Columnist'' at NPO. Mindhawk the photo of Franklin in the reddit article you posted is a fake, that's why he was so hard finding. After struggling through a number of Franklin's articles, his defence of Woody Allen said it all for me.

The credentials of these three authors are pretty impressive, it makes absolutely no sense why they used this article. Spent a lot of hours looking for an answer, still looking.

There is no doubt Lori Handrahan is the victim and evidence supports everyone of her claims. CPS is only one part of the problem, focussing on them will change nothing. The true enemy is the system and until this is understood families and children can never be safe.
