As with all govern-cement agencies what it says on the box is window dressing, the real reason is much more nefarious. And includes taxation / fines, money laundering, some kind of trafficking, kickbacks and other perks, minimum.

CPS was designed to be a cover for transporting children for "religious rites" from its inception. You can't call it child trafficking when the officers are doing what they are told to do.

Further, they are not doing anything in violation of the constitution, nor the bill of rights. When we register our children, we are giving them to the govern-cement. They aren't ours. We abandoned them. They collected them as salvage. And we just think its paperwork.

All govern-cement agencies should be shut down. If we still believe in what it said on the package, then we should start another organization that is measured by the metrics on the package.
