The word war! / How they try to interpret away from the original intent of the Constitution.

 In the "A War of words / word play/ we need investigative  journalism." I showed that Bill Clinton definition of is: is correct and by doing so, #familyprotection and #informationwar is in a war of words. I also shared the definition of consent and some ways to obligate Officials by using proper terms. I also shared that we need investigative journalism along with the idea that our investigator's should be alerted when words denoting tense are used by Officials. I shared some of the things my Dad taught us as little ones growing up. The truth is that if we are going to win this war of words we must comprehend the legal language being used. 

In this post I wish to share the term PROPER..

In  Boviers Law 1856 dictionary for the purpose of writing about these definitions in the dictionary I will place a screen shot of the PDF as well as any time my readers decide to verify and confirm my claims they can acquire there own by clicking on the link   Boviers Law 1856 and download and see for themselves. Please feel free to refute my claims using your own evidence in comments.

Some of my reader's may notice that in reality these definitions are not really defining the terms but are conveying authority where authority was not conveyed in the Constitution for the United States. As the following excerpt shows the authority is coming from the constitution of the United States. It might actually be better to say that they are claiming the authority is coming from the constitution, but it looks really bad when a dictionary shows interpretive tinkering.

PROPER. That which is essential, suitable, adapted and correct. 2 Congress is authorized by art, 1, s. 8, of the constitution of the United States, "to make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for caring into execution the foregoing powers, and all other posers vested by the constitution of the United States, in any department, or officer thereof." See Necessary and Proper.

One can see that in order to get the full definition they are referencing the phrase Necessary and Proper. However I think it important to note that Necessary and Proper is not the same as PROPER.

We see that in 3. of the definition that they are increasing the authority from "indispensable" to useful, needful, requisite, incidental or conducive to. One must realize that there was no useful, needful, requisite, incidental or conducive to logic or reason applied in the perception that such was so obvious. Why would not the original writers of the constitution just used the word proper if there was nothing of necessity for using the word necessary.

Logically and Reasonably this is just the use of interpretation to change the intent of the writers of the Constitution. It is so obvious a artifice and not the original intent. Hopefully I have provided more evidence that it is important that we learn what the actual claims are as provided in the legal documents so as to better comprehend the war of words we are in.
