get up and see them or someone

hi i was at a Christmas party and i noted that we sit a round to muck i mean i do the sane thing i sit at my PC all day but i wanted to say if your reading this get up and run spend time with your family and get off of your phone or PC or mac or what ever it is and go play with them or see them or even call them but talk to them or do some thing with them now go and have fun :).
