Stop and smell the roses....

I love that saying, stop and smell the roses. There are roses all among us....We need to just stop and smell them once in awhile as they will be gone someday. Sometimes we forget to smell them because of the daily routine and how busy our lives are. Life is but a vapor....we could be gone tomorrow. May we learn to be thankful for all the beautiful things God has given us and may we learn to stop and smell the roses He has blessed us with....daily.

The above pic is my rose for the day. My family decided to take a walk on the beach at sunset on Clearwater Beach Fl. (https://www.visitstpeteclearwater.com/communities/clearwater-beach). Clearwater Beach is know for beautiful sunsets but on this day, the sunset wasn't as stunning as it usually is. But, as I sat on the beach and watched my husband and children play and enjoy the water, I realized that this moment was more beautiful then any sunset....I'm so glad I stopped to smell.

I love that pix you used, you should enter it in one of the contest.. its wonderful! Also when you post an awesome pix, use photography as one of your tags . The photography community is huge !
