Once in awhile with family

Saturday Morning i woke up and saw this outside our grandparents house.And everybody was busy preparing our food because we will go to the beach as planned.It only happens once in awhile because my aunt and uncle stays in manila together with their two kids..

I helped to put marinated pork on the barbeque Stick.

You might notice here that there was no chair around the table just like the usual table set up.This is actually one of their tradition in their area as it was in the province and far from the city.And also i taste what they called (KILAWEN) just like fresh raw pork cut into thin slices blanched with vinegar then let it sit for a few minutes and drain then add onions salt and pepper and chillies if you want.The taste was new to me honestly..

I am thinking if i can try one more time but my mouth doesnt allow me so i try the next one..

This one is better its called (DINAKDAKAN).Just like a roasted pork but most on the pig ears and neck part cut into thin slices then mix with the pig’s brain,vinegar onions salt and pepper and chillies also if you like.It taste really good I swear.It was boiled first until tender then grill real quick..

Next is this one the pig’s belly it was simply grilled but i dont know why it turns out to be black maybe because it was not plain charcoal that was used to cook this they used woods so maybe because of the fire..I hold this for quite a long time because i love the smell it makes me feel hungry..

This is me and my uncle joseph my aunt husband.He is eating rice while i am enjoying my soup.They called it (GOTO) pigs intestine soup.It tastes bitter but its delicious.

It looks like this good thing i took picture first before i finished eating it.It has pork fats also.

After eating me and my uncle decided to walk around and found this mango tree and took picture.And get our things ready so we can go to beach as early as possible.

Yeahh!!! We are heading to the beach now,I let my uncle drive my car.That was my auntie terry and jessa at our back.Our companions are also on their way now.

It feels so good to see all of them smilling and looks enjoying the moment.

The beach is just a few steps away..I am also excited to swim.!

Dont mind me..hahaha i love the rocks formation.

I bring my folding bed with me so i can rest and relax comfortably.

Ohh ! Looks like they are having fun in here.Tatay frankie the one in white shirt bring comapañero brandy.

While they are drinking i am enjoying this magic sing singing everything even out of tune..sing from the top of my lungs.I have video but wont post it il just get negative feedback for sure..haha

Lunch time.Thats my food looks like i cant finish it but i just did..
