So I recently read the headline of an FBI Agent partying it up at a Denver, Colorado bar, who then accidentally shoots a bar patron after doing a backflip.

I didn't look past the headline and forgot about it until the FBI Agent made news for being arrested and formally charged by the Denver District Attorney's Office of a second-degree assault.

I don't know @cryptopie This does show very poor judgement and someone could have been seriously injured or killed.
Carrying a loaded weapon is literally a life and death situation, so being drunk and doing backflips with a loaded gun is good cause for being discharged of duty.
I know it is a tough judgement, and I am glad it won't me doing the firing but this is very serious.
