Facebook is cheating with us, becareful if get notification "EARN FROM LIVE VIDEO"

In March 2017, I got notification on my FaceBook Profile "Earn from LIVE Ads", I knew Facebook is launching monetization for users who have above 2000 followers but that is for USA profiles only and I live in Karachi, Pakistan. As I have strong fan base in urdu / Hindi speaking crowd around the world, (because I host and produce the biggest and most famous Satellite TV reality show, Living on the edge by Mountain Dew) , and I am always posting LIVE videos instead of recorded so I thought maybe because my LIVE videos get decent active viewership that is the reason Facebook selected my profile.

But it was asking for a US bank account and tax details, so I asked my friend living in San Antanio to help me with that, I used his details, after a while, I got notification, now you are verified to earn from your live videos. I started playing live ads during my Facebook videos, (first you got to reach a mark of 300 users, later it can decrease not an issue, then after every 4 minutes , you will see a $ sign on the bottom of your LIVE video).

Estimated earning reached above 100 Dollars in no time and I was very happy that Facebook is finally giving away to original content creators, but after a week the option to play ads disappeared, and again appeared next week. Again I started playing ads, and after two weeks the option again disappeared.

I kept searching and emailing Facebook about it but no response from Help Centre or community. There was nothing about rules or update about LIVE Facebook Ads on internet, so I started emailing Facebook Dubai office who verified my accounts , now they are official Facebook people, having OEX support email with @FB.com , they said you cannot be having this option as its only for US users so I said ok maybe its mistake.

Now the Facebook earn option appeared again today, and again the ads were and estimated earning was appearing but the estimated earning on my videos which was too much which I made in March, was not there, and this was shocking , as the videos which showed earning in March 2017, was never deposited in my US bank Account neither any notification why it disappeared, I realized as there are few out there who get above 20K viewers in LIVE videos, so Facebook is actually testing this beta version but they should pay too otherwise just say that we are testing and you will not get paid.,

So becareful why you see this $ sign on your Facebook LIVE video screen, as you will play this ads thinking you will earn but its just Facebook using us to test their mid rolls and this is what I can pure cheating.

If you know any proper source where we should complain about this, I have all the screen shots, showing good amount in dollars, there was not notification why my live ads option was removed and today as I was doing LIVE video , it appeared again , i Played ads and earned 4 Dollars by playing 2 ads in 30 minutes.
