Abandoning Facebook (gradually)

I had a funny relationship with Facebook.

I felt like I only ever used it correctly when it came to messaging or event coordination.

I did lots of things with it that were fun but I also sometimes treated it like Twitter posting cryptic quasi poetic mind vomit that pretty much I could understand haha. Only recently did I finally get into Twitter and have since used it for those purposes.

With all the clutter, promoted ads, and video taking over, getting any type of quality consciousness content out there to actually be seen is a toughie without a huge budget. Facebook's definitely not what it used to be. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not what I'm looking for in a network at the moment.

At this point, besides messaging and event coordination, I don't think I have a use for Facebook anymore. Especially since I've discovered Steemit and it's kick-ass community. So I'll be bringing over some stuff I used to do on Facebook to here, stay tuned.
