Doug Casey has some start views on Facebook. The most recent revelation about what the company is continuing to expose the users to is starting to hit the masses. This is creating a situation where there is a lot of uncertainty about this company.
Are we starting to see the beginning of the end for Facebook? Is something of so little societal value really going to last much longer? Should we separate Facebook the social media entity from the stock? Is it possible they move in two different directions?

Facebook now facing different kinds of problem like the privacy problem
Facebook is scared, they never used to advertise on television but now they are running all sorts of ads trying to do damage control. The thing about internet companies is they are really all just fads, something else will replace facebook twitter and the others, they will be the next Myspace, quicker if they kick off their biggest content producers and alienate their audiences.
Facebook will be dominated by steemit in future.
While I love your enthusiasm for steemIt Reality move maybe another application on this steem blockchain Will actually be the winner The problem with the steemIt is it is not reacted to the needs of its customer base And that is killing it it has been around For 2 years and it has not not addressed the simplest requirements a social media userbase Such as communication , configuration, storage of articles , Wizzywig design , and a whole host of other issues .
In addition Growth spurts For it is not geometric, early adoption needs to be applied with a geometric growth early on To get Minimal market penetration, say on the order of 5 to 10%, this team platform with all of its users, Does not even come close 2 One 10th Of 1%.
Add to it they have Ed their own barrier to user adoption by slowing down the sign up phase They have literally tossed them selves away Millions of users.
This is a significant Significant Problem .
Because you cannot get back a majority of those users Acquiring early adopters Is extremely difficult When you let them die on the vine You poisoned well For yourself . Without re branding Willie do not know That it is you Who they originally had a bad experience with They won't come back And that is a very tough road to follow

I've pretty much left fb for a lot of the same concerns as Casey. One major one is the ownership of content.
FB and Instagram are really annoying me! People express themselves as superstars and everyday look so amazing but that's not true, life is different. Instead of creating a sick picture of them selves, they should sign up to the real life and look around what really important is. I hope all of today's social media will die soon!
i hope for a less narcissistic way to do social media since as it is right now, its just a way to develop depression, anxiety and narcissism in the young population.
that's the point.
