REMOVING DARK CIRCLES UNDER THE EYES
Having dark circles can be such a bummer. You look into the mirror and no matter how much sleep you get, they just don't disappear. No one likes having them, and they can affect both males and females. It could be due to stress, hormonal changes, yours might be hereditary or maybe its just your lifestyle. Whatever it may be, dark circles are a problem and here are some natural ways to remove them:
Tomatoes :
Tomatoes are a great way to remove dark circles. They help decrease them and also to make the skin soft. You simply mix a single teaspoon of tomato juice with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice & apply it under your eyes. Leave for 10 minutes before washing off. You can repeat this at least twice a day.
Cold tea bags :
You can also get rid of dark circles using cold tea bags. Soak a tea bag in water or chill by placing in a refrigerator. You then place the cold tea bags over your ice. It is best to use green tea bags or chamomile bags. This regimen should be done regularly.
Cold milk:
Placing a cotton ball dipped in cold milk will decrease dark circles and soften your skin. Leave it for a while they wash off with water.
Almond oil:
They contain Vitamin E and are useful in removing dark circles. You only apply a little under the eyes, massage gently, leave overnight and wash off in the morning.
Grated potatoes :
These are very effective when it comes to dark circles. Grate some raw potatoes and extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice, place it over the closed eyes. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash off with water.
Orange juice:
Orange juice mixed with few drops of glycerin are quick ways of removing dark circles.
Cucumber :
Put sliced cucumber in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove them and place on the eyes. Leave for 30 minutes then wash with cold water. That's all!
Mint leaves :
They can effectively remove those dark circles. Simply crush a few leaves with water to form a paste and apply on the dark circles. Leave for 10 minutes and wash with water. You should repeat this process every night.
Yoga/meditation:
For stress-related dark circles, you should try yoga or constant meditation to relax the body and mind.
If your dark circles are due to allergies, you should take an over-the-counter antihistamine to prevent such allergies. However, it is important to note that if a particular lifestyle is responsible for dark circles, following the regimen listed above won't get rid of them if the proper rest and meditation is not taken.
