A really good example of how a Problem statement is being addressed by the blockchain. What I really like about Mark Lurie's stance is that he is "transforming" not "disrupting" which if you read Zero to One by Peter Theil of PayPal fame he says exactly the same thing
Just setting out to disrupt is not the goal , with any problem statement the goal should be to address it in the most efficient way possible and that can sometimes mean disruption other times it means enhance or collaborate.
In this example they are not going to displace anything they are just going to use the blockchain to prove the provenance of a piece, which today is often very difficult to. Worth a listen
