EXODUS.IO RELEASED THE FIRST OFFICIAL VERSION OF HER PURSE MULTI-CRYPTOCURRENCY

The team of Exodus , in charge of Multiportfolio application that accepts different criptomonedas and also has exchange service, launched on July 29 its first official release. JP Richardson , who is the lead developer, and Daniel Castagnoli , responsible for the design part , have spent more than a year working on this project.

According to the first publications of JP on Reddit , this project was formed in the quest to create a portfolio that not only will solve the central problems of users of Bitcoin as privacy, anonymity, freedom or desire to get out of the current financial system but will add a positive value to users.

That was how JP joined Daniel to focus on developing a platform that was profitable, dynamic and enjoyable for the end user.

INTERFACE
Exodus has one of the most advanced interfaces users in the world Bitcoin . The application offers a simple and well cared for each of its tabs view and throughout the application. The start of the portfolio is a graph useful type cake showing the percentage of criptomonedas the user has over the total: a portfolio of criptomonedas . Also, it lets you add a personal touch with the library of topics that has within its options.

USE
Exodus not only offers a nice application. It also lets you administrate several criptomonedas in the same space, with the ease of transactions and exchanges between different platforms. A nice solution for users who not only experience with Bitcoins but also possess Litecoins, Dash, Ethers of ethereum and dogecoin.

The exchange service between criptomonedas operates under the API ShapeShift , which allows transactions to be carried quickly. Similarly, the P2P service, ie, the exchange is performed from user to user.

OPEN SOURCE VS. PRIVATE
However, Exodus faces one of the main concerns within the community: security. Although the application has the option of having encrypted backups and offers full encryption of transactions and experience within the application, the software is not open source . That software is deprived decreases reliability with respect to information that is handled by the application developers and users. However, the application does not depend on any external server and records all key information, transactions and data locally. account creation is also not necessary, so there is no exchange of data with anyone.

Exodus is still in the pending development of its mobile version, but is now available for Windows, Linux and Mac and developers hope to make their way into the Bitcoin community with this multi-cryptocurrency interface powerful and user friendly portfolio.
