Exercising at home
My name is LT and I am a fitness trainer with Fitness On The Go. We provide in-home fitness training all over Canada.
Some people feel that you must have a gym membership to get a good workout.
It doesn't really take much to have a good workout. Exercising can be done with no equipment at all.
Having some equipment like dumb bells, kettle bells, and TRX is great to provide more variety in your exercise routine.
However no equipment is required to get or stay fit.
