Embracing Steemit Motivation!

What's up guys! This video is just a quick thanks to everyone for your motivation on Steemit and life in general. I am not an athlete or trainer, I'm a 38 year old guy who was just inspired to get back into exercising after a long layoff and have @brianturner and also many of you to thank for that. Whether your goal is to be a bodybuilder, run a marathon or in my case, just looking to be healthy and have more energy to run around with my kids, do yourself a favour and get into it TODAY! Thanks so much @veryspider :) I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. It's people like you that are exactly the reason I stay motivated both on Steemit and to be a good person in life.

I workout every weekday, sometimes it's a drag but it's worth the effort. Stay healthy my friends.

I used to as well! 2nd baby came along and I don't know what happened but just stopped. I've been doing some form of exercise (usually jogging) for over 20 years but then the demotivation bug hit me. Stay healthy indeed! It's much easier to stay healthy than to start again. :)

Thanks @runicki, yes I believe it is. Exercise is not just for the body but also for the mind which leads to the way you see your reality. Wonderful mind, wonderful life :)

I enjoy seeing you get creative with the editing! I don't know why I've never pursued it but I find a lot of joy in doing active sports like fighting. I think just as a female it's a good way to increase my masculine energy if I am ever feeling out of balanced. I usually always stick to yoga and hiking!

Hey @neeqi yes it was heaps fun! Just like Brian inspired me to start exercising more, you've inspired me to get into editing my videos more. I love learning new things and this was really interesting to do. I need to increase my masculine energy too lol. Surrounded by females in my house and don't have many close mates so I feel it's awesome to get out there and punch the bag. I'm considering starting Jiu-jitsu too. I enjoy yoga but need to make it more a daily practice and really love hiking. I think maybe hiking is a hunter/gatherer type thing maybe.

That makes me really happy @spaceginger! Thats what this platform is all about, just exploring and trying new things. Haha I could totally understand that having so many females can be challenging, but no doubt you have a better understanding of feminine energy because of it and I think that's pretty valuable. Jiu-jitsu would be cool! I treat my yoga practice like play time. Sometimes it's very structured and disciplined and sometimes I treat it like dance and just move with whatever feels right in the moment. Movement in general just does wonders!

Heck yah @spaceginger I'm PUMPED I saw this video and I appreciate the shout out! It's awesome that you work with kids and are able to see the real issues that we all face. I appreciate the delegation my friend and I'm honored and pumped that I've been able to motivate you to get some exercise done today!
