Day 11 body weight exercises 3 month challenge

Today's exercises were fun for me. I enjoy training arms. Even though I did not use weight I did get a pretty good pump.

Today's exercises I did a band assisted chin up and dip. I did high bicep curls, triceps extensions behind the head, chest tap curl, diamond pushup with elbow flared out, single arm flex curl, and tricep mimic push downs.

I did 3 rounds and I did as many reps as I could. I did not go to failure but close to it.

Thanks for watching todays video. I hope you enjoyed it and learned something. I am learning as I go with this new way, and this is challenging for me.
