ITS MONDAY... WHICH MEANS 'LEG DAY' 🙄🔥
Hey steemit friends,
Mondays are always so hard right?
Well let's take Monday out on our legs, whether your at home or in the gym reading this post... let's get straight to the point and start to work our legs with this leg workout I have put together.
Let me talk you through the exercises...
Squats - mid stance with the feet - butt down by the knee line or just above then we are going to push from the heels and squeeze our glutes (targeting hamstrings, quads, glutes). 🔥
Pile squat - wide stance with the feet - toes pointing out slightly - drop down into a squat as we rise up we lift the heels (targeting quads, inner and outer thighs, hamstrings).
Single leg squat - wide stance lifting foot from floor (right or left) trying to get butt to around knee line and coming back up (targeting one leg at a time).
- alternate single leg squat -
Squat pulsing - mid stance/wide stance - drop down low, engaging your core and pulse with the little reps (targeting quads, glutes).
Single right leg deadlift - left foot is on the floor with bend the supporting left leg, we engage our core, we take our right leg back and then slowly bringing it back to meet the left leg when then do 15 reps ( targeting hamstrings, core, lower back).
