Announcing the Status Virtual Hackathon

Borderless Participation. June 3rd — June 10th.

To help us find bugs and receive valuable feedback from developers on our experimental API, we’re hosting a week-long virtual hackathon, with $25,000 in prizes to be won.

It’s completely free to enter, and everyone is welcome to participate, wherever you may live.

To be eligible for prizes, whatever it is you build, just needs to work inside of Status — whether that be making your web-DApp mobile-compatible, or experimenting with a decentralized chatbot.

Expectations

Status is still in alpha, and our API is highly experimental — so some bugs are to be expected, and even our documentation is still a work in progress.

The purpose of this event is to gather feedback and encourage DApp developers to make their existing web-DApps mobile compatible.
