Ethereum contract Error costs cryptocurrency exchange $14 million

A Canadian digital currency exchange is out $14 million worth of ethereum coin. The issue had to do with a previously used splitter contract which was used to separate incoming ether and classic ether. The quadrigaCX team said in a statement that the incident did not solvency or ability to function but that it has eaten into there profits substantially they also said that all withdraws including ether are being processed as usual and clients balances are unaffected.
