Withdrawing your Ethereum into your bank account

Hello all,

I invested in Ethereum back in January and recently decided to get out and reinvest in Steem as well as keeping some aside for my upcoming trip to Tokyo.

Not sure if anyone will find this useful but I put together a quick step by step guide on how to convert ether in your wallet to money in the bank.

This way uses Ethereum wallet, Bitpanda and Bittrex.

If anyone has a better way, would be great to hear

Side note: I am new to Steem and was wondering if someone could explain the benefits of having your Steem in Steemit instead of your Bittrex account and how to move it over?
