Monaco crypto currency debit/credit card project seems to be legit
I recommend investing in Mona.co crypto currency debit card project. The project seems to be legit.
When I first heard about Monaco, crypto currency debit/credit card project, I though the same as many, maybe though about it, without about reading or studying anything. It looked to me very strange, that at the same time of TokenCard ICO sale, similar project appeared. But I had no information.
But after reeding article on seemit, watched all the videos, read whole white paper and visited slack and telegram, I carefully considered it today for investment. It seems to me legit.

It is still in ICO stage. They'll still give you 130 of their tokens for a single ETH. And from my point of view I can easily see these tokens going to 1 ETH a piece, if succeed.
I understand this project similarly like early investing in the early born of debitc/credit card companies like Mastercard or Visa cheap stocks, but in term of crypto space world, if successful.
Please read information provide above. It took me few hours to read all. Invest on your own decision. It looks ok to me.
