David Seaman is a scammer. Pretty much any Bitcoiner connected to Joe Rogan in some way is a scam artist, or thinks they somehow deserve credit for Bitcoin existing. David Seaman made Hyper after he saw how Devcoin was actually growing when it brought people in, and he pumped and dumped it. Devcoin was actually doing more than a pump and dump, until they started banning people (and killed their own coin). But David Seaman's creation of Hyper was pure Pump and Dump.
