ETH - Head and Shoulders pattern

On the daily chart, ETH is forming the Head and Shoulders pattern.
On the weekly chart, the price was down sharply to the Fibonacci 61.8 and recovered to the Fibonacci 38.2.
Target price can be at $ 700 or even within the $ 600 range.
