eSports ICO - Creating the Biggest eSports Platform Online
Esports and betting are huge markets and there are many ICOs trying to target that area. I have read about this particular ICO a few times now and I think they are worth noticing and being researched on. The ICO starts today.
What is eSports.com?
So tldr; they want to make a platform where you will be able to bet, post articles, guides, videos, buy merchandise and premium subscription, etc. You will be able to pay for training in games and lost of other stuff. There will be no ads on the platform. Their ERT token will be used to keep things decentralized, yet they do have betting license in Malta for using FIAT.
The website will contain 3 major verticals: Education, entertainment and statistics and will earn money in 4 different ways: Shop, Coaching Lessons, eSports Betting and Premium Subscription. They will be then buying back tokens with what they make from these services.
What I find interesting in eSports.com project
The things to note when doing research on this project. The domain itself Esports.com is a premium name worth some great money.
They already got over 5 million EUR from private investors, so people believe in this project. Wings platform made a project valuation prediction yesterday that eSports.com ICO will get at least 25000 ETH which is around 7.7 million USD.
eSports.com already has decent partnerships including ESL (the biggest tournament provider and league), Sport1 (national German sports television), Bet90 (licensed betting site) and esports-consortium.com.
With the eSports marketing being this big, I think these things are worth noting.
Esports.com ICO
The main ICO period is from 1st of November 2017 1:00PM CET until 30th of November 2017 1:00PM CET. ETH and BTC will be accepted. Us residents will be geo blocked.
The total supply of Tokens is 60.000.000 ERT from which 24.000.000 (40%) are being sold during the ICO.
ERT is an ERC20 token based on Ethereum.

I wasn't impressed at all. When I saw the video for Monaco, Basic Attention Token, SONM I was really impressed. But some girl with a nose ring with a 404 tattoo trying to act out like a e-sport player while having a crowd cheering looks like a project that is bound to fail.

seem great gaming related blockchain projects. I'm no pro gamer but I know gaming and I play games. I don't see how this project attempt to impress gamers. Everything looks like it's meant to somehow impress a middle aged boardroom with investors who don't know how to handle a controller.
I didn't read the entire whitepaper. But I what I read felt very generic. At the very best this investment will be like twitter. (For those who don't know, Twitter was a terrible investment for anybody who wasn't an early investor.)
you mean to say that the creators of this are not gamers and just wanna take a stake of it?
They may or may not be gamers. What they are trying is a cash grab on investors who are not gamers. They are clearly aiming for investors who are not familiar with e-sorts. Just see one e-sports event and compare that with the trailer. The only other explanation is that they are terrible at marketing.
If they are terrible at marketing, that's still a red flag.

Electroneum totally looks like SNAP. I wouldn't touch it with a 100ft pole. But if you make money that's cool. You don't need to love your whore.

wow, esports betting has been a large market and finally seeing a strong blockchain to support this is very promising
that domain is worth more than 10k. Probably in the 100k to millions. Its the hosttest field right now and thats the best domain for it!

How great minds u people r everyone is working with something magical, decentralization is going to be the new trend of the world. esports, earlier I might never thought of it but after going though this post I can understand this space has immense potential, example of which is many export contests running on steem following some of above stated principles

Esports.com ICO has big trade market. Its huge company level. Seriously invest Esports.com, more benefits received. Look market brief of these company. Then think and must do.
