Is it the end of long lasted social media control?

Facebook, Twitter, Youtube - these are the names that pop-up to our mind when we think about social media. The media that more than a decade controlled what you see, what you think and often what you buy. By targetting you with numerous ads specifically designed based on the content that you like.

Everyone knows that, but no one does anything only recently Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had a senate hearing. Because people have a right to know how their private information is used.

But I think we found a solution

Blockchain and blockchain technology is not about the Cryptocurrencies only; it is not Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. It is MORE; it is about privacy, it is about our right to have control over our identity.

More and more creators are leaving the mainstream social media and switching to a blockchain-based platforms

As well there is an alternative for youtube as well called DTube. It encourages video creators with donations from viewers instead of ad revenue.

So let's bring down the mainstream media which has only one goal to control and earn as much as possible from their users.
