The TENX ICO opened and funded within a very short time this morning, it was scheduled to remain open until July 24, 2017, or until 200,000 ETH had been funded. This ETH/BTC was sold to purchase 25,672,012.34 PAY Tokens / shares in TENX. [1]

$65,296,000.00 (200,000 @ 326.48 ETH) left the indexes this morning, should be interesting to see if there are buyers as the day progresses.
