What would you say to lawyers who claim "Bitcoin" and "Ethereum" are corporations owned by the stakeholders who receive profit from it?

And what if regulators redefine Bitcoin and Ethereum to fit into their definitions and not yours?

And finally what if the FBI begins arresting developers of smart contracts?

All of these risks are plausible.

This is why JP Morgan and the bunch getting behind Ethereum actually kind of puts me at ease... Ethereum Foundation itself doesn't hire any lobbyists afaik
