The found of Ethereum and the founder of Omisego are visiting Seoul 

for their Meet up!

the Meet-up is officially set up now

and will take place in Samsung-dong Coex 3rd floor Auditorium 

on the 25th of September 

It is believed that the meet-up is going to be about Ethereum and its Scalability.

A brief Translation for the English viewers :

An Ethereum block that is produced every 15 seconds contains about 100 transactions.

Contrary to Visa or Paypal that only deal with simple payment, It is considered to be

very slow and ineffective. (Paypal 100 transactions per second, Visa 2,000 transactions per second)

Sharding, PoS, Plasma and state channels like Raiden are one of the answer to solve this recurrent problem.

which would possibly increase the TPS(Transaction per second) of Ethereum.

Vitalik Buterin and Joseph Poon suggested a concrete solution for the problem of

scaling solution throughout the plasma whitepaper

It is thought that Vitalik is going to talk about the path Ethereum should choose to follow in the future

and try to make a resolution for Scalability problem
