Pull Your Own Strings

This above article does state some interesting facts. Now I am not totally sure it is considered a scam, or at least not intended to be one. It does ask the same question, that I had, about how the scenarios play out with disputes. Would there be a way to put an Ethereum contract to, separate from SlockIT's, to pay a premium in the case for disputes? Or just pay out in the case of SlockIT's failure to provide security on the "locked" item in case of fraud, or dispute?

Wow, I was all over the place with this post. I only wanted to get the point across that there is a valid warning on what is happening with SlockIT.
