I am definitely interested in this card. Is it international?
Good question. OP can you also compare what is new compared to present business models (Xapo is the first to cross my mind)?
Their main selling point is international spend and near exact exchange rates with minimal fee. I do not work for them, only just invested with them as it seems a sound investment. After sending Ether, they email you a link you can use like I did for referral fee credit... so I get a kick back if you go for the ICO token. This is my link:

I do not work for Monaco, but just found it a cool idea and invested. I sent them Ether and they send me a referral link I included with the post.
One of their main selling points is for international usage and low fees, with near match of exchange rates. The app looks slick too.
If you sign up you get a link as well and I get a small kick back. The ICO is for tokens but I really like their business model and product and wanted to share.
