EthConnect up in smokes? Scam or incompetence?

So I guess EthConnect's tech support is just going to pretend that today isn't the 2nd of November and there isn't 1000's of confused and angry people wondering what's going on with their deposits and why they can't login to their accounts or find the website for that matter?
