Ethermine Mining pool payouts not showing on your app? Don't panic... New API just launched

OK, so earlier tonight I was just watching the crypto market meltdown coverage like everybody else today on youtube.

So, decided to cheer myself up by checking the mining stats on my rig using my ios app, when lo and behold my app shows "0.00000 ETH Unpaid Balance." Now this of course, typically means that a payout has occured. Just one problem with that I quickly remind myself (dun dun duhhhh! shudder)... my payout is set to .5 increments and i haven't crossed that threshold again yet.

Hmmm. Egads. What now? Havn't the crypto gods been appeased with enough virgin coin being tossed into the volcano today? Havn't enough crypto noobs' Lambo dreams been tossed into the junkyard crusher of reality this week?!?

Have I been hacked? Has my meager mining rig blown up? As panic starts to momentarily creep in at the base of the spine, I decide before full on neurosis invades to go straight to the source: Ethermine.org

I check stats and... hey, everything seems ok. ETH still trickling in with enough there to buy baby a new pair o shoes! Or... maybe some laces. In a few days.

So what is the meaning of this afront to my peace & dignity? This momentary shattering of my otherwise Zen like status on an otherwise emotional day on the CryptoCoinMarket charts? A quick search of google (insert swooshing noise here) yields:
