‘No Reason to Not Allow’ the Bitcoin ETF to Go Ahead — Says SEC Commissioner
By [looking at the underlying asset Bitcoin], they went beyond what the statute allows us to do. We should have focused on the market where the exchange-traded product would trade as opposed to focusing on the underlying Bitcoin markets.
Good article, it may give us clues to whether or not the next etf is going to be approved. She's pretty much calling out the rest of the commission saying that they went beyond the statute. So what do you think, is the rest of the commission going to dig their heels in the sand or back down and approve the next etf....?

I'll start off and say that the commission will approve the next one or risk having some explaining to do about why, these people don't want that.
