It is said that 95 percent of the people in this world are followers, and only 5 percent are capable of being leader, so you only have to make it into the top 5 percent to become a leader. There are five tactics of Leadership Style. Team leadership, Example leadership, Aikido Leadership, Available/ accessible leadership, ''Give credit where credit is due "leadership.

Team leadership. When you give people the feeling that they are working with you, not for you, generally keep happy employees. A void pulling rank, except in extreme situations.
Example leadership. When you are in a position of leadership, there is no question that your every move is noticed and remembered. You may want to take advantage of that by setting the example of the kind mind- set you want others to have a clear picture of the kind of behavior expected of them.
Aikido leadership. The value of Aikido leadership is that it does not attempt to calm people down when they disagree with you. When dealing with business contacts, suppliers, or employees, you must never trivialize their concerns.Take them under conaideration and try to make suggestions, so that you are leading them in a new direction while recognizing their concerns.
