Educated Vs Wise
''Do right things"and ''Knowing what to do " are mainly concerned with strategists or leader. ''Do things right " and ''Knowing how to do "are more concerned with tacticians or managers. A manager must be skillful in knowing how to do. A leader must be a wise person because wisdom means ''Knowing what to do". There may be some confusion of wise and educated. A wise person is much more in reasoning ability. Because of being logician, they succeed in their real life situations. Most of the educated persons devote their lives in classrooms and training. These classrooms are the training center to become educated. But world and environment give knowledge and experiences to become a wise person.
Able To Do Vs A Change To Do
Though some attend various turnings and get certificates, they are not initiative and skillful. We must have value for money and money for value, in other words giving first and getting next. Firstly we should show the ability that we have and then request opportunity next. Our future is our work. We need to fulfill capacity building. When we have an opportunity to do, we must do effectively. Thus, we must raise the quality of the later generation before they have a chance to do. May you are in total satisfaction and have hands which draw the beautiful and graceful paints.
