  1. Do not Eat Weight Before Night Without Sleep

    If intestinal difficulties in processing food, then your sleep will not be lonely. Heavy foods such as meat, and also rice is better avoided and should not be consumed before bed. Can consume fruit or bread if you feel hungry.

  2. Frequent exercise. It also includes a way to get a better night's sleep than usual
    The energy you use in the morning will greatly affect the amount of energy collected during sleep. If the energy you have is up, then the night sleep can be more soundly. You can spend the energy you have with diligent exercise. No need to exercise weight, light exercise alone can you try.

  3. Get used to sleeping at the same time every day
    Indeed insomnia can be overcome by getting used to sleeping faster every day. If continuous forced, then insomnia can heal quickly. You can do some sleeping activity over and over again to rearrange your lost sleep time. Suppose you get used to sleeping after 10 pm, then try doing it again like that, gradually if you keep doing it then your sleep time will follow the hours of sleep you have set.

  4. Do not surf at night, if the internet does not need to sleep better
    The main obstacle of people affected by insomnia is usually due to the frequent internet at night. Though nighttime is a time when the body is asked to rest. If there is no need on the internet at night, better sleep alone. The bright lights from your laptop and smartphone will keep your eyes awake. So it will be difficult to sleep later, consequently, you will be difficult to overcome insomnia you suffered. It is advisable to sleep with the condition of the lights off, so rest can be more leverage and can get up early.
