| Last Sunday I was invited to a birthday party. This action took place in the wild outside the city. The program of celebration included roasting shish kebab, potatoes boiled in a special recipe of one of the guests (in boiling oil), swimming in the lake. For children, this camping site had a children's playground with swings and other interesting things, and I spent a lot of time on this, looking after my daughter, because my wife was ill. Someone also took the fishing rods, so some of the guests caught fish. I did not get the fishing rods, so I photographed everything :) Only small Carassius hit the hook, but very often, probably in an hour we managed to catch them some thirty pieces. And then these little fish we cooked in the boiled oil that remained after the potatoes (one of the fishermen had a lot of patience to clean them). We got something look of kind of fish chips - fish could be eaten along with the bones, which became very crunchy after the oil. I have not yet eaten such a dish, but I liked it. In general, it was a great vacation in nature! | Минулої неділі мене запросили на день народження. Це дійство відбулося на природі за містом. Програма святкування передбачала смаження шашлика, варіння картоплі в казані за особливим рецептом одного з гостей (в киплячій олії) та купання в озері. Для дітей на цій базі був дитячий майданчик з гойдалками та іншими цікавими штуками і я провів на ньому чимало часу, доглядаючи за донькою, оскільки моя дружина була занедужала. Також хтось був взяв вудки, тому дехто з гостей ловив рибу. Мені вудки не дісталося, тому я все фотографував :) Потрапляли на гачок лише маленькі карасики, проте дуже часто, мабуть за годину нам вдалося наловити їх десь зо тридцять штук. А потім ці маленькі рибки ми зварили в казані з олією, яка залишилася після картоплі (один з рибаків мав багато терпіння, щоб їх почистити). Вишли такі собі рибні чіпси - рибу можна було їсти разом з кістками, які стали дуже хрусткими після олії. Я ще не їв такої страви, але мені сподобалось. Загалом це був чудовий відпочинок на природі! |
