2.3.2 Essential Elements of Cooperative Learning
၂.၃.၂ ပူးေပါင္းသင္ယူျခင္း၏ ပဓာနက်ေသာ အေျခခံသေဘာတရားမ်ား
In order to construct a lesson in cooperative learning model, the following 5 principles and elements should be included:
ပူးေပါင္းသင္ယူေလ့လာျခင္း စံ အေနျဖင္သင္ခန္းစာတစ္ခုဖန္တီးေရးဆြဲရာတြင္ ေအာက္ပါစည္းမ်ဥ္း(၅)ခ်က္နွင့္ အေျခခံသေဘာတရားမ်ား ပါဝင္သင့္ပါသည္။

Positive interdependence
(၁) အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္ေသာ အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္ေသာ အျပန္အလွန္အမွီသဟဲျပဳမႈ
Each student in the same group has a unique contribution to make to the joint effort. Team members depend and rely on one another to achieve the goal. Each group member’s effort is required and indispensable for group success.
တူညီေသာအဖြဲ ့တစ္ခုထဲရွိ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူတစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီတြင္ ပူးတြဲအားထုတ္မႈျပဳရန္
ထူးျခားေသာေထာက္ပံ့ကူညီမႈ ရွိၾကသည္။ပန္တိုင္သို ႔ေရာက္ရွိေအာင္ျမင္ရန္ အဖြဲ ့ဝင္အခ်င္းခ်င္း တစ္ဦးကိုတစ္ဦး မွီခိုအားထားၾကရသည္။အဖြဲ ့ဝင္တစ္ဦးခ်င္း၏အားထုတ္မႈသည္ အဖြဲ ့ေအာင္ျမင္မႈအတြက္ မရွိမျဖစ္လိုအပ္ပါသည္။

Individual accountability
(၂) တစ္ဦးခ်င္း တာဝန္ခံမႈ

All students in a group must be accountable for contributing their own share of the work and mastering all of the material to be learned to the group’s success.
အဖြဲ ့တြင္းရွိ ေက်ာင္းသား/ သူအားလံုးသည္ ၎တို ႔၏ကိုယ္ပိုင္အလုပ္ေဝစုမ်ားအတြက္ တာဝန္ခံမႈရွိရပါမည္။အဖြဲ ့ေအာင္ျမင္မႈရရန္ သင္ယူရမည္ ့အခ်က္အလက္အေၾကာင္းအရာ အားလံုးကိုလည္း ကြၽမ္းက်င္ပိုင္နိုင္ရပါမည္။

Face-to-face promotive interaction
(၃) မ်က္နွာခ်င္းဆိုင္ အားေကာင္းေသာ အျပန္အလွန္ျပဳမူဆက္ဆံျခင္း

Although some of the group work may be parceled out and done individually, some must be done interactively, with group members providing one another with feedback, challenging reasoning and conclusions, and perhaps most importantly, teaching, helping, supporting, applauding and encouraging one another in order to reach the group’s goals.
အခ်ိဳ ႕ေသာအဖြဲ ့လိုက္လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားအား ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ပိုင္းၿပီး တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေဆာင္႐ြက္နိုင္ေသာ္လည္း အခ်ိဳ ႕မွာမူ အဖြဲ ့၏ပန္းတိုင္ကိုေရာက္ွရွိရန္ တစ္ဦးကိုတစ္ဦး တုန္ု ႔ျပန္ခ်က္မ်ား|စိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ား|က်ိဳးေၾကာင္းဆင္ျခင္မႈမ်ား|အနွစ္ခ်ဳပ္သံုးသပ္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ အေရးအႀကီးဆံုးျဖစ္သည့္သင္ၾကားမႈ |ရိုင္းပင္းကူညီမႈ |ပံ့ပိုးေပးမႈ|ခ်ီးက်ဴးဂုဏ္ျပဳမႈနွင့္ အားေပးဂုဏ္ျပဳမႈတို ႔ျဖင္ အဖြဲ ့ဝင္မ်ားနွင့္အတူ အျပန္အလွန္ျပဳမူေဆာင္႐ြက္ၾကရပါသည္။

Appropriate use of social, interpersonal, collaborative and small-group skills
(၄) လူမႈေရး၊ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံျခင္း၊ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္းနွင့္ အုပ္စုငယ္ဆိုင္ ကြၽမ္းက်င္မႈမ်ားအား သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာအသံုးခ်မႈ

Students are encouraged and helped to develop and practice trust-building, leadership, decision-making, communication, and conflict management skills.
ယံုၾကည္မႈတည္ေဆာက္ျခင္း|ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ|ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ခ်ျခင္း|ဆက္ဆံေျပာဆိုျခင္းနွင့္အခက္အခဲျပသနာကိုစီမံခန္ ႔ခြဲနိုင္သည္က်မ္းက်င္မႈမ်ားကို ေလ့က်င့္တိုးတက္ေစရန္ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားးတိုက္တြန္းအားေပးကာ ကူညီေဖးမ ၾကပါသည္။

Group processing
(၅) အဖြဲ ့လိုက္လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္

Team members set group goals, describe what member actions are helpful or not, periodically assess what they are doing well as a team, and identify changes they will make to function more effectively in the future.

အဖြဲ ့၏ရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ားခ်မွတ္သည့္အခါ အဖြဲ ့ဝင္မ်ား၏ မည့္သည္ာလုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားက အေထာက္အပံ့ျဖစ္မျဖစ္ ေဖာ္ျပ၍လည္းေကာင္း အဖြဲ ့တစ္ခုအေနျဖင့္ေကာင္းစြာလုပ္ေဆာင္ေနသည့္အရာမ်ားကို အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ အကဲျဖတ္သံုးသပ္၍လည္းေကာင္း အနာဂတ္တြင္ပိုမိုအက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈရွိေစမည့္ အေျပာင္းအလဲမ်ားကိုခြဲျခားေ႐ြးခ်ယ္၍ လည္းေကာင္း ခ်မွတ္ရပါသည္။
