Make Lumpia's Skin
Sometime we found crispy snack made from Lumpia's Skin or also known as Spring roll skin. Or a delicious cake from lumpia. And then, How to make a Lumpia's Skin?
Material and how to make spring roll skin
Dry spring rolls
Material :
- 100 grams of high quality flour.
- 2 chicken eggs (Break and take the egg whites only).
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or margarine.
- Salt to taste.
- Boiled water to taste.
How to make spring roll skin:
The first step, you can take the main dough container. Then add 100 grams of flour and add half spoonful of salt and stir until evenly distributed.
After that add the egg whites and stir again so that all ingredients are mixed evenly.
Put clean water little by little into the main dough. Don't forget to always stir it so that the dough becomes smooth.
After feeling the level of consistency of the dough is sufficient, leave the dough for about 45 minutes.
Heat Teflon with low heat. Don't forget, butter it first so it doesn't stick.
Take the dough to taste and fry the spring roll skin thinly so the results are crispy.
Turn the lumpia skin so it doesn't burn, and cook evenly.
