The Shampooing Ceremony Part (2)

A bowl of shampoo is provided, and Myanmar shampoo is made from medicinal barks and pods, it's a mixture somewhat like shampoo. It is a Myanma traditional shampoo, that makes the hair bright and healthy.
​ေခါင္​း​ေလွ်ာ္​ရည္​ဆိုသည္​မွာ တ​ေရာ္​ႏွင္​့ ကင္​ပြန္​းသီးတို႔ျဖင္​့ ​ေရာထား​ေသာအရည္​ျဖစ္​၏။ တ​ေရာ္​ဆိုသည္​မွာ သစ္​ပင္​တစ္​မ်ိဳး၏ အ​ေခါက္​ျဖစ္​၍ ထုၿပီး​ေရစိမ္​ပါက ခြၽဲပစ္​​ေန၏။ ကင္​ပြန္​းသီးမွာ Soapnut ​ေခၚ အပင္​မွ အသီးျဖစ္​၏။ ယင္​းအသီးကိုျပဳတ္​၍ တ​ေရာ္​​ေရႏွင္​့​ေရာထားသည္​့ ​ေခါင္​း​ေလွ်ာ္​ရည္​ ျဖစ္​သည္​။ ျမန္​မာ့႐ိုးရာ​ေခါင္​း​ေလ်ွာ္​ရည္​မွ အနံ႔တစ္​မ်ိဳးရသည္​။ ဆံပင္​သန္​၍ ဦး​ေခါင္​းအ​ေရ စိမ္​းစိုသန္​မာသည္​ဟု ျမန္​မာတို႔က ယူဆၾကသည္​။
The parents provided gold bracelet, anklet, necklace and etc, as they can afford for the child. The child has been dressed in new garments. At the ceremony, first of all, the parents, brothers and sisters pay respect to the Buddha with offertories, on behalf of the infant. Then, the young ones of the family, pay respect to the parents with offertories on behalf of their youngest brother or sister.

က​ေလးမ်ားအတြက္​လည္​း ​ေရႊလက္​​ေကာက္​၊ ​ေရႊ​ေျခက်ဳင္​း၊ ​ေရႊဆြဲႀကိဳး စသည္​့တို႔ကို မိမိတို႔တတ္​ႏိုင္​သလို မိဘမ်ားက ျပဳလုပ္​ထား၏။ က​ေလးအတြက္​ အဝတ္​အစားသစ္​မ်ားလည္​း ဝတ္​ဆင္​​ေပးထား၏။ အခမ္​းအနားစလွ်င္​ ကန္​​ေတာ့ပြဲမ်ားႏွင္​့ ပထမဘုရားကန္​​ေတာ့၏။ မိဘအစ္​ကို​ေမာင္​ႏွမမ်ားက က​ေလးအစား ကန္​​ေတာ့​ေပးရသည္​။ ထို႔​ေနာက္​ မိဘမ်ားကို ကန္​​ေတာ့၏။ က​ေလးအစား ငယ္​ရြယ္​သူတို႔က မိဘႏွစ္​ပါးက္ို ကန္​​ေတာ့သည္​။
Afterwards, the infant is bathed and shaved. Having dried the infant with white, clean cloth, he or she is dressed in new clothes. Then, the infant is adorned with gold or silver bracelets, anklets and necklace. The mother spoons her child with chewed rice. After spooning, the infant has been put in a new cradle and the cradle putting ceremony has been done.

ထို႔​ေနာက္​ က​ေလးကို ​ေရခ်ိဳး​ေပး၏။ ထို႔​ေနာက္​ ​ေမြးကတည္​းက ပါလာ​ေသာ ဆံပင္​ကို ရိတ္​​ေပးသည္​။ ထ္ို႔​ေနာက္​ က​ေလးအား အဝတ္​ျဖဴအသန္​႔ျဖင္​့သုတ္​ကာ အဝတ္​အစားသစ္​မ်ားလည္​း ဆင္​ယင္​​ေပး၏။ ၿပီးမွ ​ေရႊ၊ ​ေငြလက္​​ေကာက္​၊ ဆြဲႀကိဳးမ်ား ဆင္​ျမန္​း​ေပးၾကသည္​။ ၿပီးမွ မိခင္​က က​ေလးကို ​ေပြ႔ခ်ီကာ ထမင္​းကို ဝါး၍ခြံ႔​၏။ ထမင္​းခြံ႔ျခင္​းျဖင္​့ ထမင္​းခြံ႔ မဂၤလာၿပီး​ေျမာက္​သည္​။ ထမင္​းစားၿပီး​ေသာ က​ေလးကို ​အသစ္​ျပဳလုပ္​ထား​ေသာ ပုခက္​တြင္​ထည္​့၍ လႊဲသိမ္​ျခင္​းျဖင္​့ ပုခက္​တင္​ မဂၤလာလည္​း ၿပီး​ေျမာက္​သည္​။
