ini pake setengah resep
¹/² resep:
A
3 butir telur (kalo kecil, boleh 4)
250 gr gulpas
1/2 sdt SP
B
125 gr tepung ketan putih
125 gr tepung protein sedang
C
1/2 gelas belimbing minyak goreng
1/2 gelas santan
secukupnya jus pandan (pasta pandan)
D
1 butir kelapa parut, beri sedikit garam.
langkah:
👉 panaskan kukusan
👉 olesi cetakan dengan minyak. masukkan bahan D (kira2 saja), sisihkan.
👉 kocok bahan A sampai mengembang.
👉 masukkan bahan B sedikit-sedikit, aduk rata pakai spatula.
👉 masukkan bahan C, aduk lagi hingga tercampur rata, tidak ada yang menggumpal.
👉 beri pewarna atau pasta sesuai selera, aku pake jus pandan + sedikit pewarna hijau.
👉 tuang ke dalam cetakan, kukus kurang lebih 15 menit.
👉 sajikan selagi hangat 👍
