Vegan rice with mushrooms and pepper
Products:
1 and ½ cups boiled white rice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
4 large mushrooms
3 stalks of fresh onion, chopped
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a large deep pan at medium temperature. Add rice. Stir until fried for about 4-5 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir. Finally add the onion and the pepper, the onion, the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
