Chocolate sweets without flour
Products:
2 well-ripened avocados
honey of sweetness
2 big eggs
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3-4 tablespoons natural cocoa
100 g of crushed black chocolate or another of your choice
Preparation:
In a kitchen robot put the inside of avocado and honey. Pass well. Then add the eggs, cocoa and peanut butter. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the shredded chocolate. Stir with a confectioner spatula.
In a suitable tray, put a sheet of baking paper. Dip a tablespoon into a bowl of hot water and take a little of the dough. Put it on the baking paper. This trick will help you not stick to the spoon if it's too thick.
Press lightly and shape something like a circle. So make the other sweets, sprinkle chocolate on them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
