Rich people love to dream of the future (idealist) but they remain realistic. They know self-confidence and positive thinking does not guarantee wealth, but it's still better because a good mind will produce something good.

Ordinary people prefer to be entertained rather than educated, while Rich people prefer to be educated rather than entertained. Successful people rarely watch TV, and very successful people continue to increase their knowledge by reading books.

It is almost impossible to become rich by working with others (not necessarily not, depending on the situation). Rich people know to be rich is not enough just to rely on work, they build something (assets) that will provide more income rather than cost of expenses (cost).
