1. Location name

Residents of the city of Lhokseumawe gave the name of the location as a water reservoir from the family's waste disposal. The familiar name is Pusong Reservoir. This name is given by ordinary people in general based on the function of the container, which is a container to collect waste water from households domiciled in the sub-district of Banda Sakti.

Whereas the government controlling the container has nicknamed the name Water Container based on what was followed from the initial function of the program, but for the general public, they do not even know the name that has been given by the local government.

So by changing the name of the container, the function of the container also changes, so it is not surprising that the location becomes slum because small fishermen make cages of fish that can make the atmosphere dirty and polluted, not to mention the garbage contained in it as a result of the cage making activities that are left alone float in the container.

2. Become a sports location

In addition to the fishing community there are other people who live near the reservoir, they are traders, private employees, government employees, and other elements that are close to the location making it a sport and jogging event.

They take advantage of the location of the upper reservoir which is above the dam which is used as a transportation road as a relaxing road location, learning to drive a car for beginners, and other forms of sports that are sports

When everyone from various walks of life visit and take advantage of the location, the food and beverage traders automatically take part of the reservoir road to build their small kiosk or cafe in selling their food and drinks for everyone who visits the reservoir.

Food and drink traders are also very enthusiastic in their work because their merchandise is always sold out which is bought by visitors, both small fishermen, joggers, and other people who visit the reservoir.

Accidentally the reservoir has opened jobs for people who live near the reservoir area. Finally, the function of the reservoir which was originally created as a container to collect household waste has changed its function as a new location for people who want to build their desires both in terms of economic and other social fields.

Government response

By changing the function as mentioned above, the government does not mind if the location is used by the community as long as the location is always maintained and cared for so that the location does not become a dirty and messy place, but for some people who use the location are not aware of it, and they do not want to care about self-produced environmental hygiene, so that the reservoir becomes polluted with heaps of organic and organic waste disposed of directly to the reservoir.

The location of the reservoir was originally clean and beautiful, beautiful and comfortable, now it has changed like an abandoned fish pond like a garbage disposal location. It's a pity that the reservoir that was built specifically for the community and spent a large amount of money has now changed its function, in this case the location is very feasible as a tourist location because the reservoir's position is very strategic in all respects. This is said because the position of the reservoir in the east is directly facing the open sea and beautiful beaches, while the western position is bordered by green hills so that it becomes one of the beautiful locations for lovers of natural beauty if inside the area.
