SUP
Sup ialah yang menggunakan kuah kaldu bening dan isian sayur segar. Umumnya berisi wortel, kentang, buncis, seledri, dan potongan ayam. Namun, menggantikan kaldu ayam dengan daging sapi juga tidak masalah dan tetap mengandung nutrisi yang baik.
Sebab tidak digoreng, sup mengandung lemak lebih sedikit. Namun, penggunaan MSG dan gula di dalam sup perlu diminimalisir saat memasak sendiri di rumah.
Makanan ini juga baik disantap bersama karbohidrat kompleks, contohnya nasi merah atau oatmeal. Kuahnya bakal bikin kamu merasa lebih kenyang meski jumlah makanan yang kamu santap sebenarnya tak terlalu banyak.
