If big votes did not become less powerful, and small votes earn more STEEM, then there is more STEEM being created during a same amount of time as before, which means inflation of STEEM grew.
Where did I say big votes did not become less powerful?
Votes used to influence post payouts quadratically, now they influence linearly. Relatively speaking, small votes are now more powerful.
