YOU ARE NOT SICK, YOU ARE DEFICIENT...

One of the greatest headaches of an entrepreneur is feeling sick but not being able to pinpoint the actual cause of the sickness even upon hospital visits.

Those symptoms listed up there are caused by potassium deficiency.
Yes you read that right.

Due to the nature of our diets, the most beneficial part of our foods are lost in processing.

For instance, our wheat has to be de-germ (a process of removing the brand, germ and endosperm from wheat flour) and bleached in chlorine to make it look and feel beautiful but without any nutritional components left.

So while the beneficial part is used as feeds for animals, the crap is what is used as food for man.

In other words, animals have a better diet than man.
That is why free ranged animals don't have cardiologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists, oncologists etc.
But human beings can't do without all the "igists".

To add to our already sorry state of food, we are further exposed to all kinds of environmental toxins and stress.

With increased rate of anxiety, heat, which causes loss of water through sweat, diarrhea, diabetes, kidney diseases etc, our potassium levels continues to wane.

According to Center for Nutrition, a baby from 0-12 months requires 400-700milligrams of potassium daily.

Children 1-8 years require 3,000-3,800 milligrams daily.Teens 9-18 require 4,500-4,700 milligrams daily.

Adults 19-older require 4,700 milligrams daily.

Pregnant women and nursing mothers require 5,100 milligrams daily ( of potassium).

With this daily requirement value, I bet we can never get it in our foods.

Some fruits and vegetables can provide 20-30% of those requirements, and that is not even up to half.

Things like Banana, Avocado, Spinach, Sweet potato, Dried Apricots, Pomegranates, Coconut water are high in potassium, but like I said, that's not enough.

I researched to find some of the amazing herbs and spices that can deliver what we're looking for and top of the list was our amazing Basil.
What is known in Nigerian parlance as scent leaf.

Following this potassium heavy weight closely are coriander, Turmerics, Parsley and peppermint.

Make it a habit of brewing ani of them, or a mixture of them and drink at least 4 days a week.

Most of your symptoms will clear within 1-2 months of regular consumption of these teas.

And more money can be saved and used for your business instead of drugs.

And you will discover that you were not sick, you were only deficient in potassium.
