Dandelion officinalis
Oh, this dandelion! He is able to grow anywhere, this scarcely weed has a lot of useful properties.
"Dandelion officinalis" grows mainly in Russia. Its leaves contain iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins A, B, C, E, and up to 5% protein. By the fall, the root of this plant accumulates up to 40% of inulin.
And how many of us use dandelion for medicinal purposes? Or eat, for example, adding to the salad? Or does anyone use any other medicinal herbs?
My beginnings end with the study of the beneficial properties and preparation of various herbs, but I use them simply as additives to tea. By the way, many herbs improve the taste of tea and still amuse myself with the hope that there is at least some benefit from them.
