Development of Disadvantaged Villages
It reminds me of the previous Korea situations.
Korea was once the poorest country in 1960's after the 35 year's Japanese colonial plundering and the 3 yerars Korean war in the early 1950's.
In 1960s, a great leader President Park JengHee started a kind of movement 'Let's live well' and Korean common people escaped the 5,000 year's starvation and came to current development situations.
He was assasinated after 18 year's ruling, but his achievement is great, I guess.
There are some who criticize him for dictatorship, but most of the critics seem to be related to North-spys, I guess.
I think that we should evaluate both side, good and bad, fairly.
Good side of the leader was greater than the bad side, I think.
I also hope that the village can be an exemplary success.
Good Luck.
